Dirt Bikes

Hi i am here to talk about the different kinds of dirt bikes to let you know which ones to purchase. First of all i am not against any of these at all, i am just giving you ideas of what to get at your level right now. OK the 450s will be our first. The 450 is a great bike at a high price ranging from 7-8 to $9000 that is for the 2010 bikes, where as if you got an 05 or less your looking at $2500 to $3000 but they just dont got the feel and the ride the new ones have. There are many different brands to look at like Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda, and KTM exc, these are all good brands and i think you ought to look in to them. So if you just want to get out there and do some good jumping or trail rides or even some good whips get the 450f or even a 250f which is a lighter bike but doesn't have the power a 450 does. The 250 would be better if you wanted to do a little Freestyle, but even better for Freestyle would be a 2 stroke, the 2 stroke really has alot of power and will get up and go when you want it to. I really enjoy the 250 2 stroke it is a really light wieghted bike and just fun for everything, but some of these brands have stopped making them like Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Honda. Yamaha still makes the 250, 125, and 80cc 2 strokes and KTM builds a variety of bikes like the 65, 105, 150, 200, 250,  and 300cc 2 stokes. I have to say KTM has one of the best suspensions and if you are looking in to Freestyle you'll notice alot of the pros use KTM. Now all the newer bikes have a high price, but even the older bikes are very good bikes. We have a 1997 cr250 and we got it for $1400 and it is a great bike, very fun to ride, and if you look really hard we have found an rm250 2001 for only $1000 its a Suzuki but those deals aren't all over the place. So talking about 2 stroke and 4 stroke its like this an 80 2 stroke will do as good as a 125cc 4 stroke and 125 2 st will do the 250 4st, 250 2st to the 450 4st, in fact some of the pro AMA 250 racers got on the 250 2 stroke and said it was to fast for them, but i am not here to put down the 4 stroke, the 4 stroke is still a very nice bike, it is very smooth and fun to ride, so if you just want to get out there and do some good jumping get a 4 stroke. But if you want to get out there and do some good tricks and last long the 2 stroke will be good for you. Now toward maintenance problems, some people say the 4 stroke is easier to fix when it has problems, but i can guarantee it isn't for these reasons, 4 strokes have the cams, valves, exc, that you have to mess with when you rip it apart, and I'll tale you it isn't easy believe me I've done it myself, where as the 2 stroke has none of that so you pop off the head, pull the guts, and send it in, vs the 4 stroke you have to do the timing and everything else, but hey i am not against any of the 2, they are both good bikes, I can tale you that because we have both, to me it's one of the best sports out there so I think you'll really like it if you get into it. So if you have any questions, or even if you want me to look for a bike for you just leave me an email of the nearest big  city and State @ danielsen10@gmail.com if you have a maximum price let me know that to, and the kind of bike you want. But hey thanks for checking me out and good luck!
